Chairmans Report - January 2013
Mike Dyer Has stepped down as chairman of the Thame Youth Memorial Trust and Peter Butt becomes the new chairman. Mike becomes the Treasurer as Jade Stanley now lives and works in London and as such cannot be as active as she would like.
Everyone associated with the Trust and the project thanks Mike for the huge contribution he has put in to project as chairman and we wish Peter Butt every success in helping to get Thame Youth Memorial through the final stages of its development over the coming months.

The Thame Youth Memorial is proud to announce an 80s Disco Night to be held at The Spread Eagle Hotel on Friday 8th February from 7pm – 1am.

Reggae/Ska/2 Tone Night at The Falcon
The Red Kites Scooter Club Present their St George’s Reggae/Ska/2Tone Night on Saturday 21st April at The Falcon pub. Skaking tunes by DJ’s Uncle Dave Deans & DRC Mike. A Raffle will be held to raise money for The Thame Youth Memorial.

The first Block for the Memorial
Stage one of the journey for the “Thame Youth Memorial” sculpture. This is the piece of white Carrara Marble (photographed at the quarry in Italy) that will become the sculpture in the memorial garden.

Memorial Design Unveiled at Public Meeting This Morning
The design for the Thame Youth Memorial was revealed to the public for the first time today at a public meeting at Thame Town Hall.
The plans and concept can now also be seen on this website by going to ‘The Memorial’ page.
